We design versatile, vibrant spaces for people and families to gather.

Recently completed in Mosman, is Balmoral House, a representation of stylish, communal family living.

A refurbished 1930s bungalow, identified by the elegant shapes, colours and fine details in the custom joinery, furniture and layout, Balmoral House takes ques from the surrounding Balmoral Township including the nearby ‘Boat Shed’ and Bather’s Pavilion.

NBRS Interior Design creates bespoke spaces that contribute to the everyday enjoyment of family living.

We are a multi-disciplinary design practice that is driven to create life changing environments.

Designed by award winning architect Peter Smith & Andrew Nicolle from Smith & Tzannes, together with landscape architect Andrew Leuchars from NBRS ARCHITECTURE, these luxury four bedroom homes with plunge pools are the pinnacle of development for the Northern Beaches.

We are excited to share a sneak peek inside the new Waves Aquatic Centre in North West Sydney. When construction completes in late 2021, the local community will enjoy an Olympic sized swimming pool, indoor leisure pools, watersides, a clubhouse and gym facilities.
