Isn’t this house just something else? A recent project completed at Coobowie. Absolute beach frontage, it absolutely deserved a beautiful new roof as the icing on the cake. We could stare at those smooth lines (and the view!) all day long 😍

🏠 We are proud to have replaced the roof on this stunning home in Edithburgh recently. Completely re-roofed in Manor Red with contrasting Paperbark fascia, we love the end result and hope the owners do too ☺️

🏡 Back in October we re-roofed this cottage in Coobowie but more recently we finished stage 2, an extension of the bullnose verandah which frames this house perfectly 🥰
Did you know we build verandahs? We can also add a shed, carport or pergola to your property. Alfresco dining and outdoor entertaining are made easy with the addition of a patio or pergola!

🏠 Comparison photos really show the impact a new roof can make on a house 😍
Stage 1 of this project looks incredible. Fascias sanded back and painted white, new Colorbond Manor Red main roof sheeting with Builder’s Blanket insulation underneath, all new flashings and gutters and a Spinaway whirly to finish it off. A beautiful character home getting the love it deserves from the owners. Thanks Doug and Karen (and the goodest big boi Maximus 🐶)
