Meet Jaiden.

Ask Jaiden about his role and he'll tell you it's part critical thinking, part hands-on graft, and part making sure every client gets exactly what they need. But ask about the project he's most proud of, and he lights up talking about running the Vista Build in Erskineville himself, his first time carrying that kind of responsibility, working to deadlines and learning to think on his feet.

When the brief is industrial, clean lines, fully exposed, this is what that looks like. Ductwork running along the ceiling with a couple of grilles cut in to push the air out below. Pretty standard setup, just done neatly so it fits right in with the exposed industrial look. Seamless, but still a genuine part of the vibe.

DLB HQ factory fitout final reveal.

Full AC system exposed and showcased. CTY Installed the full AC refrigerant pipework, ductwork, drainage and cabling.

This was installed early so we didn't disrupt any other tenancies moving in.

From schools to tertiary education facilities, CTY Air understands the unique demands of delivering mechanical services in active learning environments.

The Santa Sabina College Food Technology Block is one example. Completed for Rohrig, this project involved upgrading a heritage-listed building while working around the critical HSC examination period to minimise disruption.

The project included the installation of multiple Daikin Heat Pump VRV systems, new electrostatic filtration and mechanical ventilation to create a comfortable, high-performing learning environment for students and staff.
