This is an ORG (Overflow Relief Gully) — the little drain outside your home that’s designed to be the safety release point when your internal pipes can’t cope.

If it’s overflowing, it usually means there’s a blockage in your pipes and the system is backing up and escaping here instead of inside your house (thankfully).

In short: if your ORG is doing its job… something else isn’t 😅

⚠️ Don’t ignore it - it’s one of the clearest warning signs of a blocked drain.
