⚡ We always start with an electrical safety inspection report and that often starts with your home’s switchboard… 🏠

You might be surprised how often we find:

🚨 - switchboards without a safety switch
⚠️ - previous work where serious safety issues have not been addressed
🔌 - infrastructure that’s too old to handle the electrical needs of a modern home
🔥 - old switchboards made of asbestos (like this one, which had also just caught on fire!)

This switchboard needed an upgrade and relocation plus rewire, after one if the fuses had failed and actually started a fire. 🔥⚡
Too often we see that despite prior electrical work, tenants / homeowners haven't been informed of the risks posed by the state of their switchboard, old cables and more.

This is why we have our own in-house, experienced licensed electricians who can diagnose and fix the issue properly, not just patch it. 👷‍♂️⚡🔧
