Commercial landscapes have to suit the people who use them, the teams who maintain them, and the conditions they sit in.

That means access, plant selection, drainage, visibility, safety, and ongoing landscape maintenance all need to be thought through before the project reaches handover.

A clean finish is important, but long-term function is what keeps the space useful.

The more practical the plan, the better the site tends to perform.

By the time water starts causing visible issues, the better window to deal with it has usually passed.
