Hi all, so I had a face to face meeting with Metricon at my premises. The meeting was ok and situation explained in relation to the flooding. It was agreed that there is a drainage issue and that an investigation will take place. I have already had an investigation completed by independent agency, so I will see what the outcome will be from Metricon and if they are completely different, then unfortunately this issue will be amplified. I did mention height of the slab which I got the usual reply that if it was raised the cost would go up considerably when all was need was 3 to 4 inches of fill then the waffles put in then the concrete. Other issues were shown in relation to the build which was noted. However I did forget to show Metricon the numerous thick paint runs that are still visible and a few dents in the plaster and one or two plaster screws which can be seen.
I also mentioned that the roofing sheets that had to be replaced which I purchased were stolen by the brick layers and they did not have my permission to take them.
I will stay true to my word and not publish the numerous other photos, videos of the issues of the build and that includes all of the other material that I have.
But it was good to have that meeting, and the person how attended was easy to talk to and it felt like I was actually listened to.
