We hosted the Level The Site session at our office this morning facilitated by Emily Trevaskis.

An invaluable session on workplace culture, behaviours and influencing change for attraction and retention.

We love to see our Members and today we welcomed Level Playing Field Lawyers, Yarra Valley Water, Shamrock Civil Engineering, Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure and Municipal Works Australia to that session.

It was a pleasure to host Civil Contractors Federation National CEO Nicholas Proud, Mikala McConnell and MWA CEO Peter Ali (PhD) as well - thank you for spending some time with us today.

Behind every safer journey are skilled people working on and around our roads.

This National Road Safety Week, CCF Victoria recognises the essential role our industry plays in designing, building, maintaining and safely managing the infrastructure that keeps Victorian communities moving.

From intersection upgrades and roadside barriers to pavement resurfacing, drainage, line marking and temporary traffic management, civil construction workers and traffic management professionals help create safer journeys for every road user.

Road safety does not stop at the design of the road. It also depends on the people working in live traffic environments, including traffic controllers and crews on site, being seen, respected and protected.

We are proud to represent the professionals building safer roads, safer worksites and stronger communities.
