ANGLESEA PROJECT

Initial design proposal to transform the existing home throughout including new elevated roof, new outdoor deck area and pool at first floor level with a roof terrace with views of the ocean. Full internal renovation. Check out the before and after to see the transformation.

ANGLESEA RESIDENCE

This home in Anglesea with views looking over the ocean will be extended and renovated throughout. The visuals show our design proposal for the front extension. We will post more visuals for the house renovation component.

We are very excited to announce that we have just received planning permission for this new pool complex along with a cafe/ bar building.

The project includes an indoor pool that can open up with large tilt panel doors to connect seamlessly with the outdoor pool, deck and landscaping.

The natural pools, ponds and landscape which includes billabongs, sweeping paths and fairy garden will be designed by Philip Johnson landscapes.

Within the landscaping will be the cafe bar with green roof design.

We are looking forward to working alongside Philip Johnson team on this project.

Another successful planning submission approved and planning permit obtained for this 1950’s inspired beach shack. Located on the Great Ocean Road with magnificent views of the ocean and across to Apollo bay.
Construction to commence in the coming weeks.
