This electrical riser was identified as defective by Ergon during a routine inspection. We were engaged to replace the defective riser bracket, install new timber support and bracing, and prepare the riser for reconnection of power. The existing timber was weathered and no longer suitable, so it was removed and replaced with new timbers.

🚨 QLD Smoke Alarm Laws Are Changing 🚨

By 1 January 2027, all Queensland homes must have interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms installed in every bedroom, hallways, and on every level of the home.

If one alarm goes off, they all do — giving your family the earliest warning when it matters most.
Alarms must be hard-wired or have a sealed 10-year battery, and non-compliant alarms must be replaced.

It’s not just about the law — it’s about keeping the people you love safe ❤️

To everyone who has been trying to reach me via phone call or text over the last few days, I wanted to let you know that Telstra is currently working on the tower here in Moore Park Beach, which has impacted the phone network. Unfortunately, I am unable to make or receive calls at the moment.
