Employee Spotlight: Jai – Carpenter
🔨 Meet Jai, a highly skilled carpenter with over 12 years of experience and a background in building design. His passion for carpentry was sparked by the creative challenge of bringing ideas to life! Particularly through renovations that transform old homes into functional, modern spaces.
Jai thrives on problem-solving and enjoys the precision of finishing work, often using his favourite tool? The track saw, to get the job just right. At Keystone Construction, he values the strong camaraderie of the crew and the supportive, collaborative environment that makes each day on-site enjoyable.
He believes great carpenters need solid communication and the ability to turn instructions into action. Jai holds confined space training certification and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every project.
Outside of work, he’s a proud dad to daughter Mila, loves golf, owns two Groodles, and—fun fact—has been hypnotised! His motto? Live a good life and karma will take care of the rest.
