✔️ Located and repaired multiple leaking sprinklers
✔️ Raised buried sprinkler heads back to correct height
✔️ Replaced faulty bodies, nozzles, risers & adaptors
✔️ Repaired burst poly pipe in the garden bed

Leak repair + upgrade under paving 💧

Attended site to investigate ongoing leak on Retic.

Lifted paving and located multiple failures in the existing poly line (5 holes found), likely due to wear and pressure over time.

Removed damaged section and upgraded the line to 20mm PVC to ensure a more durable, long-term solution.

Reinstated paving to original condition and carried out additional repairs to the front lawn, replacing three faulty sprinkler bodies.

System tested on completion and operating correctly ✅

Leaks in the line, failing solenoids, and poor coverage — all sorted.

New controller, new valves, line repairs and adjusted sprinkler layout.
System now running efficiently and ready for winter.

If your retic’s doing this… you’ve got a problem 👀💧

Water shooting out, flooding the verge, pressure all over the place.

Tracked it down to multiple splits in the 19mm poly, roots had it pinned and eventually cracked it.

Repaired both sections, replaced all micro sprays + risers, and reset the system with fresh Antelco jets.

Running clean and even again ✅

System had low pressure and poor coverage.
Tracked it down to a hidden leak in the garden bed — roots + ground pressure had cracked the poly line 🌱

• Excavated and repaired damaged pipe
• Replaced multiple spray bodies
• Upgraded to MP Rotators for better coverage
• Cleared & replaced blocked nozzles
• Installed risers to correct height + alignment

Pressure restored and system running properly again ✅

Full system fault find & repair 🔧💧

Ran through all stations and found multiple issues:
• Burst line flooding front garden
• Blocked nozzles throughout
• Sprinklers hitting windows
• Leaking heads from base
• Cracked fittings & poor coverage

Repaired faults, replaced components, adjusted heads & got everything running properly again ✅

System back to doing what it should 🌱
