Commercial HVAC Replacement | Springwood

A quality system replacement is about more than simply swapping out the equipment.

For this commercial project in Springwood, the Seeto Air team replaced the existing system with a new 40kW packaged air conditioning unit, along with replacing the ageing rooftop ductwork with newly fabricated sheet metal ductwork.

From removing the old ductwork to installing the new system and supporting infrastructure, every stage was completed with the same focus on quality and long-term performance.

Commercial Air Conditioning Upgrade | Manly

The best commercial HVAC projects are planned around the people who use the space.

For this large childcare centre in Manly, our team replaced multiple evaporative cooling systems with two new VRF air conditioning systems, providing a significant upgrade to the centre’s climate control.

With the centre needing to remain fully operational, all works were carefully scheduled outside operating hours, including the crane lift and rooftop installation of the new outdoor units.

By the time the children and staff returned, the major works were complete — with no disruption to the centre’s day-to-day operations.

From fault finding to a lasting solution | Auchenflower

When a common kitchen exhaust system stopped operating at this 42-apartment building in Auchenflower, our team was called in to investigate.

We identified an electrical failure in the fan motor, which required the existing unit to be replaced. The new fan was installed and integrated with the existing ductwork to restore the building’s shared kitchen ventilation.

Good maintenance starts with finding the right problem. Quality workmanship makes sure it’s solved properly.

Commercial HVAC Refurbishment | QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise

When the air conditioning is part of the architecture, the finish matters just as much as the performance.

As part of a two-stage refurbishment at the QT Hotel in Surfers Paradise, the Seeto Air team completed air conditioning works across Level 2 and the Ballroom, including exposed spiral ductwork and carefully fabricated transitions between spiral and square duct.

With services remaining visible throughout these spaces, every element needed to integrate cleanly with the surrounding interior while delivering the performance expected from a commercial HVAC system.

It’s a great example of where HVAC craftsmanship goes beyond what happens behind the ceiling — and becomes part of the finished space.

Apartment ventilation upgrade

Good ventilation is something you only notice when it isn't working.

We were recently called to an apartment complex in Indooroopilly after residents experienced ongoing issues with the common bathroom exhaust system.

Following our investigation, we identified the failed rooftop exhaust fan and replaced the faulty unit, restoring proper ventilation throughout the building.

Finding the real cause of the problem is just as important as fixing it.

Three Daikin ducted systems replaced in 48 hours

A tight deadline doesn't mean compromising on quality.

Our team recently completed the replacement of three Daikin ducted systems (7kW, 14kW and 20kW) for a large event space in Woolloongabba, all within a 48-hour turnaround.

Through careful planning and an experienced installation team, we were able to complete the works efficiently and have the venue ready for business again as quickly as possible.
