A great home starts well before the first line is drawn.

Before we begin designing, we take the time to understand the things that will ultimately shape the home, from the site itself and how our clients live, to orientation, planning requirements and budget.

Considering these elements from the beginning helps create a home that responds to its surroundings, suits the people who live there and remains aligned with the overall project budget.

🔥 Think a Bushfire Prone Block means you can't build your dream home?

It's one of the biggest misconceptions we hear.

The reality is that a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) doesn't stop you from building. It simply influences how your home is designed and constructed.

The key is understanding your BAL Rating before you start designing. Early planning can help improve budget certainty, reduce redesign, and avoid costly surprises.

Swipe through to learn:
• What a Bushfire Prone Area actually is
• How BAL Ratings work
• Whether they increase building costs
• Why early planning matters
