Here are a couple of Hybrid G7 dual stage filtration units from I installed a few years back on a rural property that is on tank water.
I have been back annually since to change the filters & uv lamps.
You can see how dirty they get after 12 months of use.

When maintained these dual stage filtration units plus uv are very effective in reducing sediment, bad tasting & odorous water.

The uv light is highly effective in eliminating bacteria & parasites killing 99% of E.Coli.
It is recommended to change your filters every 6 to 12 months.

Out at last week carrying out some routine maintenance on a plaster trap/settling tank I installed a few years ago.
Plaster had solidified in the sinks fixture trap, causing a blockage.
Carrying out routine maintenance like this will help prevent blocked drains and the unpleasent odours that follow. 🪠
