All 57 stair treads were individually hand crafted, sanded & spray finished.
We love the final look!

"What is solid timber joinery and what timber do you use"?

Joinery is a skilled craft of creating stunning, functional pieces from wood - everything from doors, bifolds, windows to stairs and furniture. Unlike carpentry, which usually happens on-site, joinery takes place in the workshop, where every last detail is measured, shaped, cut and assembled.

When we talk solid timber, we mean the real deal - genuine, natural wood (not MDF, laminate or particle board). Each piece of timber has it's natural grain and texture which gives character, warmth and a timeless look that never goes out of style.

Appreciation post for the legends at Woodpecker Joinery! 👏

These guys made the trip up from Mossman — over an hour on the road — to get their work ute serviced. It’s the first time we’ve had this vehicle in the workshop, but we’ve been looking after their personal vehicles for a while now. Always good seeing returning customers trusting us with both their family and work vehicles. 💪

The Hilux is looking sharp and set up for serious business — just like the work these guys do. From custom doors and windows to bench tops and timber machining — if you're in the area, make sure to hit them up for quality joinery work.
