If you have spoken to us recently, chances are you have already felt the magic that is Michelle. She may be relatively new to our business, but she brings years of experience with her and as the wife half of our husband and wife team, we can tell you, we don't know how we ever managed wtihout her!

Michelle is our resident guide, official cheerleader and the glue keeping our business running smoothly. With a hand in pretty much every basket, she is constantly supporting us both professionally and personally.

Whether she is tackling work, offering a listening ear or guiding us through the daily hustle, Michelle is the ultimate anchor for our crew.

Today we are celebrating the ultimate multitasker of our business, the boss, the man on the tools, the quote master and absolute best dad, Rhett.

If you've ever had a quote done, door installed or an emergency garage door repair sorted, chances are you've seen Rhett in action. He's the driving force behind everything we do, working tirelessly on the tools by day and tackling quotes in between, still being a great dad to our kids through it all.

Rhett, thank you for everything you put into this business, your dedication to our family and clients and for making it all look easy. We literally couldn't do any of this without you.

Today, we wake up with a 10 year old. Our eldest in double digits.

It feels like just yesterday, she was this tiny little baby, or that innocent headbanging toddler and now she is this fiercely independent, incredibly kind, bright, confident young girl who completely lights up every room she walks into. When we grow up, we want to be just like her.

In a world where screens and gadgets are everywhere you look, her sweet little soul is still happiest making outdoor potions, getting lost in arts and crafts, writing her own stories, reading and diving deep into imaginative play. She is enjoying the exact simple, creative magic we grew up with as kids and seeing her hold onto that grounded confidence and joy is such a reward!

As a family business, our kids are the heart and soul behind everything we do and watching her grow over the last decade, becoming a big sister, has been the absolute joy of our lives.

Happy 10th Birthday beautiful girl, we hope your day is as fun, bright and amazing as you are.

We've officially made it into the local newspaper, which basically means we've reached peak celebrity status. We're currently brushing up on our cursive for autograph signings next week, so please form an orderly queue... no pushing!

In all seriousness, seeing our write up in print was amazing, a huge thank you to the Courier for reaching out! We are so grateful to our incredible community for supporting us and making milestones like this possible.

Can you see why we bit the bullet when Michelle resigned from her job after maternity leave? Swipe to take a look behind the scenes onsite! ☺️

Stepping away from her position was a huge move, but it was the spark we needed to pour everything into our own business. Now, Rhett is out in the field full-time, hands-on with every installation and repair. Whether he’s up a ladder or mid-fix, his focus is always on doing the job right.

It’s a total team effort: Rhett holds down the heavy lifting out on site, while Michelle puts in just as much heart running the back office and looking after our family.

We wouldn’t change a thing about creating a business built around our family.

Ever wonder what happens when your call sometimes goes to voicemail? Swipe to find out! 🧡

Michelle wears two hats around here: keeping our business moving and being a full-time mum. If your call goes to voicemail, she might be running an errand, handling appointments, or managing the beautiful home chaos.

Whilst Michelle handles the home and office front, Rhett is putting in just as much effort and passion, only in completely different ways, keeping the operational side running strong.

Our goal for this business was to work it around our family, and be able to give 100% to both. The moment we’re back at the computer, we’ll get straight back to you, we promise!

When Noah first reached out to us, we were just getting our business off the ground and he was still coming up through the karting ranks. Seeing how much he’s grown as a racer over the years, right alongside our own growth as a business, has been incredible to watch.

We are celebrating two massive, incredibly special milestones this September, on the first and last day! Our sweet daughter is turning 10 and our little boy is turning 1. 🧡

Reaching a full decade with our girl and celebrating our little boys first year of life has us reflecting on family, growth and how truly blessed we are. We know that being able to run our business whilst watching our babies grow is all thanks to YOU, our amazing community who supports us day in and day out. We wouldn't be where we are without you and we want to pass that love and gratitude right back to you!
