The Role
This is not a maintenance role – this is hands-on construction and machinery-based work
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper with experience or interest in landscape construction and machine-based works.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both hardscape construction and soft landscaping, with the opportunity to operate earthmoving equipment, trucks, and machinery on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Landscape construction including paving, retaining walls, edging and structural works
• Installation of turf, planting, mulching and garden beds
• Site preparation including set-out, excavation and base preparation
• Operation of earthmoving equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders) where qualified
• Assisting with drainage, irrigation and civil landscape works
• Using trucks, trailers and machinery safely and efficiently
• Interpreting plans and working to specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and site presentation

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in landscape construction, civil works or similar trade
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a team on varied project sites
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on outdoor work
• Driver’s licence (essential)
• Experience operating plant and machinery (highly regarded)
• Tickets/licences (excavator, skid steer, MR/HR truck) – advantageous
• Landscaping or horticulture qualifications – beneficial but not essential
