It gives me great pleasure to help out the local Scout Group and look forward to being a supporter into the future ... :)

As we take a break from Scouting over the holidays we would like to take the opportunity to thank our newsletter advertising sponsors.

Please be aware that the current legislation that comes into effect on January 1, 2022 is based around residential RENTAL properties.

This has always been the case since 2017.

Any pamphlets or advertising should be treated with care and make sure you have done your research before acting further.

A local customer wanted to update the look of their home and change their lighting to LED.
The existing warm white globes and holders were discarded with a LED alternative sourced to fit the existing holes.
The new LED's have a 5 year warranty and colour changing capability so the customer chose cool white to really brighten things up.
The end result is very clean and sure to stand out at night.

A customer contacted me about installing some pendant lights they purchased from Beacon Lighting at Capalaba in the recent sales.
After discussing pendant spacing and drop length options with the customer we set about making it all happen.
The finished product looks fantastic and the warm white LED bulbs are perfectly suited to the colour of the benchtops.

A customer contacted me about upgrading their kitchen and dining lighting which had been playing up for some time.
The best solution was to change out the existing fluorescent lighting for new LED lighting.
The new LED oyster lights have a colour temp switch so you can choose between warm white, daylight and cool white.
The end result lifted the whole look of the area and uses less power during operation.

A stylish option to finish off a kitchen or bathroom renovation is the Clipsal Saturn range of switches and power points.

They aren't exactly cheap, but they do have a hard wearing glass finish which is available in a choice of colours like Ocean Mist (Pictured), Espresso Black and Pure White.
