Our clients up in Olinda went for an architectural look when enclosing their garage. We infill framed, wall wrapped, flashed and installed Corten Steel plain flat panel. It won’t take long to take on the rustic look given the amount of rain we’ve been having.

Been a while between a good project. Structural steel frame garage conversion in Olinda. Clients selected Corten steel plain panel for the external cladding and Hardie Flex for the internal lining. Solid core doors to come with Corten cladding to give a seamless look.

Introduction to working on a Tiny home. Thinking a little left field to make solutions work. The clients instruction was not to completely make the staircase feel closed in. Vertical stainless wire balustrade worked here. Also a custom KD hardwood stair handrail with no stand off brackets to save on the limited space we have. Basically had to be cut into a French cleat down the raking length to provide a hand hold. There’s also 2 storage cupboards in the stair treads that needed to be modified in order for the balustrade to work.

Finishing touches today at Kallista, not Monbulk as pointed out by one of my good mates! 😂 Clients requested the sink cutout be utilised for a new serving board, only too happy to quickly whip that up. Complements the benchtops as well.
