Game days at The Caxton Hotel just got a serious upgrade ❄️🏉

Our loyal clients at the Caxton Hotel were running into a challenge with not having enough ice to keep up with demand on big game days.
Our solution? Supply and install 2 x new Hoshizaki Lancer KM-590 ice machines - boosting their ice capacity from 450kg to over a tonne at a whopping 1180kg.

Not only does this dramatically increase output, but having two systems in place means added reliability meaning if one machine is ever down, they’ll still have more than enough ice to keep service running smoothly.

This latest project at Fire Baby features a full draught system and custom refrigeration set up.

🔹 16-tap draught beer system
🔹 Keg coolroom – 5400mm (L) x 2500mm (W) x 2550mm (H)
🔹 Kitchen coolroom – 2500mm (L) x 4800mm (W) x 2550mm (H)

Equipped with electronic expansion valves, the system resourcefully manages refrigerant flow to maximise efficiency and minimise energy consumption - delivering smarter and more sustainable cooling ❄️💡
To ensure long-term durability and performance this condensing unit has also been treated with Blygold anti-corrosion coating, offering superior protection against harsh environmental conditions.

This morning the All So Cool team proudly attended the TIACS Trade Brekkie held at Bunnings Warehouse Australia , Mount Gravatt branch.

Founded by the legends behind TradeMutt , TIACS is on a mission to break down the barriers to mental health support for Australia’s blue-collar community. Since 2020 they’ve provided free professional counselling via phone or text with no GP referral required, no waitlists and just real support when it’s needed most.

We’re honoured to stand with TIACS in sparking meaningful conversations and making a genuine impact on the mental health of the trade community 💬💪

Cheers to the major renovations completed at Mansfield Tavern ! 🍻
All So Cool has just wrapped a massive project at the legendary Mansfield Tavern for Australian Venue Co.
Delivering major improvements on their beer and refrigeration systems while staying true to the character and spirit of the original Mansfield Tavern that locals know and love.
This upgrade spanned across multiple service areas focused on improving efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Scope of Works Included:
• Installation of 2 x 12 tap beer system in Sports Bar and 2 x 12 tap beer system in the Bistro Bar - meaning an additional 48 taps to keep the drinks flowing,
• Glycol draught beer system upgrade,
• Removed the old kitchen coolroom and installed a modern and more energy-efficient unit to assist in long-term energy savings,
• Installation of a new freezer room,
• Relocation of condensing units to the roof for improved airflow and space efficiency.
Our projects team worked hard to make this all happen within the venues required time frame. Here’s to the next round! 🍻
