Pool and Spa Pro are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our service team!
Pool and Spa Pro is a family business with over 30 years experience in the pool and spa industry. Business has grown quickly and we are looking to expand our service team.
Whether you're an experienced pool technician looking for a new opportunity, if you're enthusiastic to start your career in the pool industry, then we'd love to hear from you!
Previous knowledge and experience with of pools and/or spas would be an advantage but is not essential. If you have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn something new, training will be provided to the right candidate.
We aren't your typical pool shop! Our small team pride themselves on being able to perform the majority of own equipment repairs in house, rather than outsourcing them.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your day-to day tasks will include but are not limited to:
Regular swimming pool cleaning
Installation of all pool & spa equipment & maintenance/repair of systems
Pool & spa servicing, water testing & balancing
Troubleshooting & diagnosis
Working independently out in the field
To be successful in your application you will:
Australian Drivers Licence (Required)
Have customer service skills and a positive attitude
Excellent problem-solving & time management skills
Reliable, punctual & well presented
Be able to work independently on-site and within a team environment
Have a good level of physical fitness & comfortable lifting 20kgs
Desire to learn new skills

We think it’s safe to say this one got every last kilometre out of its sole! 👀

Just like tyres on your car, the sole on your Kreepy Krauly is a wearable part and needs replacing as it wears down.

⚠️ Don’t wait until it looks like this!
A worn sole should be replaced well and truly before it reaches this stage. Continuing to run your cleaner with an excessively worn or damaged sole can cause the base of the Kreepy Krauly itself to wear or become damaged — turning a simple replacement part into a much more expensive repair.

Big day for the boys last week - lots of digging at a customers backyard Reno to do our part of the project to get some pool pipes laid and new equipment installed. New Pureswim Chlorinator by Aquatic Elements QLD and filter by Pool Pro Products

Not every vacuum plate and skimmer basket are meant to be together.

Some are a perfect match. ❤️
Others... are basically a first date that should've ended after "Hi." 😬

If your cleaner has weak suction, poor performance, or just seems to be struggling, there's a good chance your vacuum plate and basket aren't compatible.

Before you blame the cleaner, make sure it's not in the wrong relationship! 😂
