A new build on the south side is not your typical layout, with the main entertainment area situated at the front, to take advantage of the northerly aspect.

Vegetable gardens and fruit orchards are situated at the back with the incorporation of a shed and attached greenhouse.

A pedestrian pathway defines the way to the front door located to the side of the house.
