Australia Invest Treez and Beez All about Planting treez protecting beez and helping our Native Animals. Our Mission
Is to raise $500000. The Flow Over is developed in the following ways:
1.

The Big G – Planting Tree
Our aim is to grow seedlings of this tree (leptospermum polygalifolium) to produce Australian ‘Manuka’ style honey which contains a high level of MGO content and can be classified as medical grade honey. This way we can have more and more fields of flowers for our bees. We plan to plant as many of these trees as possible in the bush to encourage more wildlife and bees. Be

Did you know that we import to Australia over 10 million kilos of honey per year? And we’re not even sure if all the honey we import is even legitimately made from bees; or what potent chemicals in the form of pesticides or herbicides are used in the area that the bees are pollinating in. We would like to improve the Australian honey industry by planting and growing the Manka Trees (leptospermum polygalifolium) which has a high MGO content of up to 900+ (this content is not to dissimilar to the Manuka honey which is produced in New Zealand). Out of the 79 species of Manka Trees, only 2 or 3 of these species have a higher MGO content. The idea is to get as many of these trees growing in bushland as possible so that we can benefit from this honey here in Australia. We currently don’t have an industry for this in Australia and we would like to encourage and grow this industry in our own backyards to help the bush, the wildlife and the bee community. FlowzOver and Carters Can
One of the biggest factors and issues that we have out in the bush is the drought and the lack of fresh water supply. The Flow Over has been developed to provide a watering system to the native trees in the first 3 to 4 months of their life and gives them a greater chance of survival in their development stages between the rains to encourage their growth. A container capable of holding 30 litres of water
2. A small water pump that provides water to the plant twice per week
3. Hollow through the centre to enable the tree to grow through it
4. Ability to swirl the dirty water around the plastic drum and push the dirt to the bottom
5. A 12 Volt water pump and a few fittings which enables the stagnant water to move and therefore putting oxygen back into the water which in turn lowers the PH level of the water, creating better quality water for our native flora and fauna.
