Seasonal maintenance to consider:
1) Clean out the gutters - Dirt, leaves, and other buildup in your gutters can cause all sorts of problems to your roof or foundations.
2) Check you hot water system anodes. Anodes are approx $150. By replacing your anode rod every 3-5 years, your water heater can last well over 20 years without any risk of leaks and resulting water damage.
3) Keep things trim - foliage and tree branches trimmed back away from the sides of your home and clear of the gutters
4) Protect the interior of your home - from winter weather by repairing any window cracks, caulking around windows and door frames, and installing or repairing weather-stripping
5) Save $$$ on electrical bills - clean the AC filters
