This house was in need of a freshen up.

With the shelving removed, extensive patching and sanding was necessary to repair the damage they caused to the walls.

A water leak in the ceiling had caused the ceiling to peel in the toilet which also required lots of patching and sanding.

Many of the timbers around the front door were rotten and in need of repair. After some rot stop, patching and sanding the repairs were done.

After all the repairs were comple and a few coats of paint, the house has come up looking nice and fresh.
