We developed the rear extension to open up the home with a spacious kitchen, butler’s pantry and living space.

The kitchen is classic in its style with a generous island bench for social sessions. High end fittings, fixtures and materials were selected for timeless appeal. The dark oak herringbone flooring continues throughout the property for warmth and continuity.

Design and Construction is dependent on the communication and commitment of all parties involved - from the design studio to the site - day one...to handover. Ask for names of supervisors and key contractors and gauge the response. Solid, established relationships are a key indicator of the project’s success and if that question’s not answered clearly, pay attention to that.

A genuinely custom designed house is developed on a case-by-case basis. A detailed process considering the site, orientation, access, client brief and budget. The design is not pre-prepared or selected from a catalogue. There is no pre-existing planning and this is where the value lies, and why the result is entirely and uniquely yours.
