This trailer is ready to roll for the 2026 harvest season. A variety of work was completed.
✅ replaced worn front hangers
✅ installed new pins and bushes
✅ replaced all airlines across the tri group
✅ removed badly cracked skid plate and replaced with a thicker skid plate and upgraded the gauge of the upper bracing to help prevent any further cracking.
Some high build under coat and popping new blue paint for the final finish.
This trailer will be in next year for a full sandblast and paint but for now out she go’s 👌.

Also completed was crack repair and plating to the bowls on two grain tippers. They’re both ready to hit the road also 💪.

Out she finally go’s 🙌.
The missing parts which was new hydraulic lines are now installed.
This old auger was about to be towed to the steel dump. We’ve given it a nuts and bolts ground up rebuild and is now like new and ready to go back to work for another 15years ✅🌱.

This mother bin is ready for harvest.
- New flighting on all augers
- balanced outload augers for smooth operation
- repaired a bunch of cracked piping on the inside
- installed all new bearings
- installed bracing plates above the rear axles to prevent cracking in the main frames.
- fabricated and modified new front unload augers. The original system is a fully welded unit on the bottom primary outload auger. We’ve installed flanges so it’s easier to remove in the event of the auger been damaged and for any future works on the bin to be completed and also allows for easier access.

The bin will hopefully be back in for a new floor next year and will go out completely painted and looking brand new, but for now she’s ready to see some grain. Hopefully the rains come 💦🌱

This grain trailer originally came in for a grain extension which is completed and looking 👌. Turns out the trailer needs some attention too. A new skid plate is going in and the front hangers needed replacing. Stay tuned for the finished product.
We’ve also started modifications to a crumble roller that has had issues with its shaft assembly unit on the roller failing. We will remove the current design and put our design in so they will no longer have any issues 👍.
Variety, we love it!!

We’ve been flat out. First off the list is a major tare down and rebuild of a 60ft DBS bar. It got all the more mods that we offer and there is not one crack left. Shes been sowing dirt no worries since 💪👌
Since then we’ve had seeding call outs in the field repairing gear to keep it rolling, repairs to buckets and fabrication of a grain extension for a tipper body that will be fitted next week. Started works on a chaser bin and the list go’s on and on.
