What an incredible event—bringing together MPs, industry leaders, park operators and key stakeholders to celebrate the powerhouse that is Victoria’s parks sector.

As exhibitors, we loved being front and centre in the action—connecting with decision-makers, showcasing what we do, and contributing to important conversations shaping the future of the industry that is not only thriving—but is vital to Australia.

From planning reform to workforce development and climate resilience, the discussions were forward-thinking, energising and exactly what’s needed as we head toward the Victorian election.

A gathering of industry minds driving innovation and collaboration, the Land Lease Communities Summit in Sydney on 7 May 2026 brought together leaders from across the sector for a powerful day of insight and connection.

With our National Sales Manager Roger Fuller and Founder & Director John Tresize in attendance, the event created an energising platform for sharing ideas, exploring emerging trends and strengthening industry relationships.

It was inspiring to see so many voices come together, united by a shared vision for progress and the future of land lease communities.

STRUCTURED WORKPLACE LEARNING AT YMH | We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Bendigo Senior Secondary College (BSSC) Year 12 student Archie to YMH for a week of Structured Workplace Learning.

Currently completing a Certificate II in Building and Construction, Archie brought great enthusiasm to the team—getting hands-on with tasks like measuring and fitting window arcs, preparing foundations, and installing skirting boards.

Throughout the week, Archie built his confidence using a range of hand tools while working safely on site. He showed a fantastic attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn from our team.

It’s always rewarding to support the next generation entering the industry—well done Archie, and we wish you all the best for your future in construction!
