A new week and a new project. Currently in Windaroo installing engineered flooring to the entryway of this beautiful home. Existing flooring has been sanded to remove existing lacquer and level the flooring in preparation and then new direct stuck engineered flooring laid.

A few final pieces and then the skirting to go.

We had recently been contacted to install some walls to reconfigure an existing bedroom and hallway into a pantry with a door and a larger bedroom with a relocated entry door.

Tony’s handyman services have completed the framing, plasterboard, door, door frame and architrave installation ready for others to complete the plastering and painting works.

Making the most of the nice weather this morning in Forestdale replacing a rotten timber post and rafter to this outdoor patio area.

Works included replacing the post and rafter along with painting of the replaced timber.
