A busy day today, the crew performed above and beyond with works progressing on 3 large CBD projects. We are flying along with the reglaze works on the myre centre. The window wall project on pirie is seeing us complete lv4 in the coming days, and we were also doing some glass works at penny pl with a 95t mobile crane.

We are currently re-glazing the Myre centre in Rundle Mall. Such a big project!! with over 1600m2 of glass to be replaced. We are working closely with the builder to deliver high quality thermally rated glass to meet the current green star rating. The window frames were installed in 1988 and we are working with them to replace the glass. There are many active tenancies that require us in and out, super early and late to avoid disruption to their business. Today we changed out the glass in lincraft. 6am start to move all the glass in and out before they opened.
Great job done by our glaziers!!

What a horrible day for working outdoors!! 40mm of rain and with careful planning yesterday we still managed just shy of 40m2 of windows wall panels installed today at our Pirie St project.
With just 2 crew on-site today we still managed these numbers 💪
A huge thanks to Charlie our 4th year apprentice for smashing out the m2 numbers in the challenging conditions. ladies, Charlie is single 😍

L&S are ramping up for one of many big CBD projects. We have purchased a few new toys to get this project over the line. In the past few months we have purchased a Skyjak 3219 scissorlift, Aarkwolf 500kg dual compressor glass suction unit. 2500kg walk behind Crown forklift and a 2500kg east west engineering jib attachment for an 8 story window wall project.
We will also utilise these assets in upcoming projects in the Myre centre and Victoria square and many more projects in the pipe line.
As we grow our company we will procure necessary equipment to achieve our clients goals.

Today we finished a Steel & Smith, steel framed doors and windows at Unley Park. The doors are 3 metres high!! The owner was very happy with the final result and a great finish to end the week

We had a great day today close to home in Port Willunga. This was our first supply and install project. All the units are double glazed and thermally broken to give the highest green star rating. The building is made from rammed earth, a 5000 year old tradition derived from the UK and middle east. Rammed earth has amazing thermal properties and companied by our window system it should stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

We completed another steel frame project today with laminated safety glass in Glenelg. Happy clients and an amazing space. This curtain wall is too separate the billiards room from the kitchen and lounge to reduce noise from the kids playing billiards so the parents can relax in peace.

Did you know L&S stands for Lowe and Son's. My boys are only 4 and 7 years old at the moment but I am trying to build them a legacy. they are my drive, my motivation and my legacy. ❤️

We are pleased to hand over building A in the Aura development. We installed all the windows and curtain wall plus the joinery and toilet partitions.

We had a great day today in North Adelaide. We installed some steel framed doors and glass for steel & smith. Entrances to the wine room and the kitchen. What a house!!!
