At TPS, we do not see safeworking as simply supplying labour.
A Protection Officer on site is only one part of the service. What sits behind that person is what makes the difference.
TPS has built a full-service delivery model designed to support clients before, during, and after work takes place in the rail corridor. This includes access to experienced Protection Officer Supervisors, practical safeworking knowledge, planning support, roster and allocation management, and the ability to work through complex arrangements with realistic, site-based solutions.
We assist clients with more than filling a roster. We help plan the work, identify the risks, support the protection arrangements, and provide experienced staff who are trained, monitored, and supported by a broader operational system.
Our vehicles are also fitted out to support efficient field delivery — not just to meet the bare minimum, but to ensure our teams have the equipment, communication tools, and capability required to perform effectively on site.
This full-service approach is one of the key reasons TPS has now achieved 17 months safeworking breach-free. That result has not happened by chance. It has been built through experienced people, strong systems, supervision, training, planning, and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly.
TPS is not just a labour hire provider.
We are a rail safety service partner built around capability, compliance, and delivery.
Consistent. Compliant. Reliable.
