Nitrogen purge every weld - Stops scaling inside copper pipes and extends system life.

1/2 wall insulation - Commercial grade, which stops pipes sweating after extended use.

Bulkhead ducted - Each room can set the perfect temperature for their needs.

Noticed Scooter the golden retriever, causing some dramas for this ducted outdoor.

Cleaned all the hair off and acid washed the coil for optimal airflow. Saving $$ and making the house cooler!

Been a massive start to the summer season!

- Gas leak repairs (not mine 😂).
- Breakdowns and repairs. PCB’s and parts changed.
- Heaps of splits and couple of ducted systems installed.
- And some deep cleans and maintenance’s thrown in there aswell.

Make sure you test out your A/C before things get crazy 🤪.

This is a behind the scenes view of a ducted unit in the ceiling. As you can see the air passes through this coil (radiator looking thing), which is either cold or hot depending on whether you’re cooling or heating.

As you can see the first pic shows alot of dust build up, even though there is a filter before this coil it still gets through over time.

Now it’s nice clean after a Schmick service 👌.
