Position Overview:
As a Fencing Installer with Nothing but Fences and Gates, you will not only have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects but also experience the camaraderie and teamwork that define our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• 🔨Installation of fencing and gates in a variety of styles and types, including timber, colorbond, pool, security fencing; also retaining walls, garden edging and arbours.
• ✏️Ensuring all installations meet the building industry standards and comply with relevant Australian legislations.
• ⚒️Collaborating closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively, we believe in teamwork, and we implement it every day.
• 🧰Embracing opportunities to learn new skills and work in different teams to broaden your expertise.
• A positive attitude, fit and energetic and love to work outdoors.
• 👷Punctual, polite, well presented, customer service focused, prompt in communicating with management.
• 👷♂️Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in fencing installation is preferred, but not essential we can teach you.
• Possession of a White Card.
• Full PPE approved gear always.
• Successful completion of a criminal record check.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card if necessary (for work involving children).
• Own car and valid driver's license.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Customer service focused with proven excellent communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Commitment and high work ethics.
• Being able to handle power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• All successful applicants will require at least 2 valid references from their last 2 employers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (after probation period and necessary training)
• Time management and task prioritization skills.
