Another commercial workshop floor completed by FX Epoxy by Josh.

This project involved extensive surface preparation, including the removal of existing coatings and contamination, followed by mechanical diamond grinding to create a solid profile for maximum adhesion.

The floor was then treated with a low-viscosity sealer coat to pe*****te and strengthen the substrate before receiving multiple coats of industrial-grade epoxy. An anti-slip additive was incorporated to improve safety in high-traffic work areas while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

The result is a durable, chemical-resistant, easy-to-maintain floor designed to handle the demands of a busy mechanical workshop.

Blue Bay Seamless Tile Transformation Complete

Another tiled floor brought back to life in Blue Bay.

This project required extensive preparation to ensure a long-lasting finish:

✅ Diamond grind of existing tiled surface
✅ Patch and fill all tile grout lines
✅ Full epoxy mortar trowel coat to smooth and level the floor
✅ Merino base coat application
✅ Ash decorative flake broadcast
✅ Finished with a durable seamless flake flooring system

The existing tiles were completely transformed into a modern, hard-wearing surface with no more grout lines to maintain and a much cleaner overall look.

The last few weeks have been a solid push from both a business and family point of view. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who’s had a hand in making what felt like small steps actually feel pretty achievable.
