Before the slab is poured, the plumbing lines have to be dug out, and pipes set in place. You can see the earth moving equipment being used to dig the channels for the pipes.
Electrical conduits go on next. Anytime you want a power outlet in your kitchen island, consider how the wire gets there! Construction is a complex process, where every choice now can impact what can be fitted/done later in the process. Thus planning is absolutely crucial.

The piering is complete, and we're gearing up to pour the slab within days. This one's keeping us on our toes — tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a steep driveway climb, every delivery and every pour takes careful planning and precision. 💪

We visited the site today and demolition is complete — the canvas is clear and we are ready to build! This knock down rebuild marks the start of another exciting custom home journey, and we couldn't be more thrilled to get underway.

🏗️ Project Update — Lane Cove!
We're excited to share that work has officially kicked off on our latest project in Lane Cove! 🎉
Our team is currently in the thick of demolition, carefully clearing the majority of the existing structure to make way for something much better. It's always a big moment when a project transitions from the old to the new — and this one is no exception.
Once demolition wraps up, we'll be moving straight into slab preparation and pour — laying the foundation (literally!) for what's going to be a fantastic build.
