What a cracker extension this was! 100m2 of extra living added in a second storey addition alongside a complete renovation of the quaint little 3 bedroom home that once stood here.

You would barely recognise this is the same home!

Watch as we transform this modest 3 bedroom brick home into a modern 4 bedroom beauty which oozes space, storage and functionality.

Overall we added an additional 180m2 of space including a new master suite, kitchen, second living area, outdoor patio, double garage and carport as well as completely transforming the original bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. The property is loaded with smart lighting, appliances and fixtures as well as providing the home owners with year round comfort thanks to the premium PVC glazing and heating/cooling system.

Check out this dreamy master suite in our latest 2nd storey addition! 😍

If space was a problem before it certainly is not now and the light filled parents retreat that completes this upper level is just gorgeous!

Now works upstairs are complete we will shortly move downstairs where we will completly transform the existing kitchen/living/dining areas, watch this space, its going to be amazing! 🌟
