From green to monument! Brought this house up to date and gave it a bit of street appeal.
Gutters and fascia also painted in monument. Added the single garage door whilst I was there. Another happy customer. 👌

As part of a roof restoration we check all the pointing and bedding of ridge caps. As you can see these were in need of a bit of attention!!!

Lovely family in Oxenford wanted to revamp their exterior after they see me restoring their neighbour opposites roof.
Went with the classic manor red and classic cream. Sprayed under the car port to make it freshen and bright.
Perfect day for a close up of how thick I apply the roof protect from industrial roof coatings. 1 x primer and 2 x roof protect and you know your roof has the ultimate protection.
👉storm seals installed
👉36 broken tiles replaced
👉full repoint
👉re-bedding of some ridge capping that were loose
👉clean, seal and pant 👌👌👌

This house in Coombabah was recently sold to a couple who moved to the Gold Coast. Unfortunately the building and pest guy didn’t pick up on the ridges and hip capping was loose, 42 tiles broken and weep holes covered up.
He picked up on the broken lead flashing though 🤪
👉new lead flashing
👉new gable weatherboard
👉new barge caps
👉changed all the broken tiles
👉re-bedded and re-pointing the ridge and hip capping.
👉drilled out weepholes
👉cleaned
👉primed
👉2 x coats of roof protect from industrial roof coatings. Slate grey

After painting the neighbours roof a few months ago in Carrara, these awesome customers wanted me to do theirs.
Definitely made a difference!!
Jasper was the chosen colour.
