What’s underneath your new floor matters just as much as what you put on top of it.

We recently completed this transformation in Branxton.

During our assessment, we found approximately 60% of the existing tiles were drummy, meaning they weren’t a suitable foundation to simply install a new floor over.

Rather than cover up the problem, we fixed it properly.

We're out on site today getting this floor ready with a full levelling compound installation.

It might not be the flashy part of the project, but it's one of the most important.

Before any timber, hybrid or vinyl goes down, the subfloor needs to be flat, smooth and within tolerance. Otherwise you're building a premium floor on a poor foundation.
