Current project in Rathmines. The owners are updating a rental property. Complete strip out of bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Removal of wallpaper.
Still a work in progress.

Renovation project in Mayfield. 1950’s house on brick piers. The owners wanted the front door moved and the existing hallway turned into an en-suite. The existing laundry remodeled as a bathroom with a new laundry added plus a skylight. Existing bathroom removed and remodelled as dining room. Sliding door added to allow access to the new deck. Kitchen completely gutted and remodelled.
A 5 month time frame from start to finish.

This property in Hamilton South needed a few touch ups. The owner was wanting the window covers and pergola to have the heritage look. The team also laid a new yard of pavers and built a few garden beds using timber sleepers.

6 month job.
Renovation work included complete kitchen strip out and rebuild, new rooms added, new laundry build and fit out, 2 additional en-suites, walls moved, new posts and beams.
The owners purchased the property with a view of updating it to a contemporary look. I think the end result is stunning. Have a look for yourself.
