🌾 FarmFest 2026: dusty boots, good yarns, great people.

🤠Sinking slabs. Bouncing loaders. Feed getting wet.

This feed bay entrance had dropped up to 174mm, rainwater was pouring in, slabs were out of line, and the front-end loader was losing loads every time it crossed.

✅ Resinject fixed it with RSJ170 engineered resin, strengthening the ground and lifting the slabs back to level by filling the voids beneath them.

The result? 🔹 Slabs lifted back to level 🔹 No more water running into the bay 🔹 Smooth, safe surface for the loader 🔹 Ground strengthened to stop future movement

Emergency Slab Stabilisation Beneath Production Line

Voiding and loss of sub-slab support beneath the main production line forced a temporary shutdown on safety grounds. Resinject was engaged to deliver emergency void filling and structural re-support, restoring load-bearing capacity beneath the operating footprint. Works were executed outside production hours to eliminate downtime and maintain continuity of output. The production line was returned to full operation within 8 hours of works commencing, minimising disruption and reinstating structural integrity without impacting operations.

Resinject’s RSJ170 was injected beneath the slab supporting this post, expanding to fill voids and densify the soil. As it expands, it creates controlled lift, raising the slab, then the post, and finally re-seating the beam.

Key point: we didn’t force the structure up, we restored the ground it depends on.
