Our Lloyd St Project | A four-level renovation delivered across a complex site, connected by an internal lift and including a full-floor parents’ retreat on the upper level.

The main level was built for open living and entertaining, with a kitchen and butler’s pantry that connect directly to a fully equipped veranda designed for year-round use.

Externally, an 8m lap pool and pool house sit within a landscaped setting, framed by laser-cut screening and integrated lighting to complete the build outcome.
