The biggest issue with half walls is they effect the shower head set up.

If you have a shower with a rail or even just a hose most of the time due to the standard height of the half wall in the shower will cause the hose or pipe to hit the half wall.

Unlike the niche which it can go over this hanging pipe will start knocking off all your bottles which can suck just after a bathroom renovation where the bathroom looks amazing 🤩

20k might not seem like a a lot of money to some renovating a bathroom but for most people it is.

How I will explain this is pretty simple the $20k mark is only the labour side for me of what you should not spend over.

Most normal bathroom renovations should fall under the $20k labour mark with most bathroom in my opinion should only be around that $25k to $30k mark for materials and labour which is what I feel most good renovators charge.

Anything over that $20k mark in labour which should cover all decent trades you might be being little much but in this crazy housing market it might be just what it is.
