Some know him as the Captain. Some call him the Little Man.

Ironically, there’s nothing little about him, standing at over 6ft tall, he’s become a pretty big part of the Cook’s Plumbing Supplies crew.

From charity days and community events to expos, footy games and everything in between, when we need him, he’s always there.

He’s a running champ, a professional mascot, a crowd favourite… and apparently, one with the ladies. 😉

Safe to say, there’s never a dull day when the Little Man is around.

Big personality. Big energy. Big part of the Cook’s team. 💙

Keeping the Cook’s fleet looking its best 👌

A big thanks to the team at Strike Printing for bringing precision, consistency and our branding to every vehicle. From the smallest detail to the final finish, they make sure our fleet is looking the part wherever the road takes us.

When your brand is on the road every day, getting the details right matters.

🚧 Project spotlight: Holy Family Nazareth Building - Aged Care Facility

A lot goes on behind the scenes to bring a project like this together, and we’re proud to play a part.

From the essential underground services through to the products specified throughout the build, Cook’s has supplied the team with everything from concrete pits and grates, PE water and gas mains, PVC sewer and stormwater, copper mains and PC items from brands including Caroma and Nero.

It’s all about having the right products available when they’re needed, helping keep the project moving at every stage.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one come together. 👀

11 years of partnership, built on trust, reliability and growing together. 🤝

When Cook’s first entered the Brisbane market, APS Plumbing was there from the beginning. More than a decade later, both businesses have continued to grow alongside each other, working together to deliver projects across South East Queensland.

For APS Plumbing, reliable supply is critical to keeping projects moving. From competitive pricing and procurement support to coordinating deliveries around construction stages, the Cook’s team works closely with APS to ensure the right products are on site when they’re needed.

But what really stands out is the relationship.

Having direct access to the people who know their business, understand their projects and can help solve challenges as they arise makes all the difference.

A partnership we're proud to have built over the past 11 years, and one we look forward to continuing.

Our Cook’s team recently spent the night at Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney as part of Meals from the Heart program, helping prepare meals for families staying at the House while their children receive essential medical care.

Meals from the Heart is a wonderful initiative that gives our team the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, roll up our sleeves and give back to families going through some of life’s most challenging moments. From preparing fresh ingredients to getting stuck into the kitchen, it was a rewarding day that reminded us how much of a difference a little time and teamwork can make. 💙

We were also proud to have some of our valued customers join us on the night, sharing the experience and supporting a cause that means so much to Cook's & the community.

A big thank you to Goldman Plumbing Services, Plumbgroup, Pristine Pipes Plumbing and Gas, GMS Plumbing & Drainage, and RD & S Prior Drainage & Plumbing Contractors for joining us and helping make the day so special.

Thank you to the team at Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney for welcoming us and for the incredible work you do to support families when they need it most.

At Cook’s, we’re proud to support initiatives that bring people together and make a meaningful difference beyond the workplace. ❤️

Keeping knowledge on the tools 🔧

Andrew from Plasson joined us at our Windsor store for a BBQ to run a hands-on training session with the team & some of our plumbers, covering the fundamentals of PE and an introduction to Plasson’s compression and electrofusion systems.

The session covered:
🔹 Basics of PE
🔹 Introduction to Plasson Compression
🔹 Introduction to Plasson Electrofusion

A great opportunity for the team to build product knowledge, ask questions and get a better understanding of the solutions available to them and our customers.

Thanks to Andrew for sharing your knowledge with us!

Nine years with Cook’s, three different roles, and now leading the Castle Hill branch.

Al started as an estimator at North Rocks, moved into sales at Castle Hill, and has spent the past four years as Branch Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations, stock, deliveries, sales and everything in between.

For Al, one of the biggest reasons he’s stayed is the people and the family values behind the business.

And in his case, family is quite literal with both of his brothers also part of the Cook’s team.

A great example of the long-term careers, strong relationships and opportunities that have been built across Cook’s over the years.
