The Seymour team has been providing high quality electrical services, Directional Drilling and Civil works to the Riverina and across New South Wales and Victoria for close to 30 years. Our expertise across the industrial and commercial electrical supply industry includes installation work for new subdivisions, pole and underground power installations and utility relocations. We have also serviced

rural domestic and commercial properties, including farm power supply and irrigation systems. Our industry expertise is valued and has been utilised by a significant portfolio of clients, including local councils and major property developers throughout southern New South Wales. As Level 1 Accredited Service Providers (ASP Acc no 1595) we can install, extend and maintain both underground and overhead electrical supply lines for high voltage and low voltage construction projects, for both private and government networks. As Level 3 Accredited Service Providers (ASP Acc no 2409) we work closely with developers, project managers and councils in the consultation and design phase, to plan and manage the installation process for subdivisions and other construction projects.

POWERLINE WORKER APPRENTICESHIP

Seymour Electrical are looking for a motivated person who is eager to begin a full time apprenticeship in the Electrical industry.

Based in the Darlington Point/Griffith area, the successful applicant will be working alongside highly skilled tradespeople gaining valuable industry knowledge whilst learning the electrical trade.

The successful candidate will ideally:

*Have completed Year 12 or a pre apprenticeship course (Certificate II in Electrotechnology)

*Have high level maths and science results

*Understand safety is our priority

*Enjoy learning on the job and within a classroom environment

*Have the ability to adjust to different work environments

*Be punctual and take pride in your work

*Work well within a team and have great communication skills

*Enjoy problem solving and working with their hands

*Hold a current drivers licence (with reliable transportation)

*Be willing to work away from home when required

*Able to perform overtime including weekend work when required
