AK Evans Earthmoving - Dustless blasting Contact us today to hire our New Dustless Blaster! The Dustless Blaster works by mixing water and abrasive inside the blast tank.

By introducing water we’re drastically increasing mass and energy the machine is putting out, while drastically reducing dust. Imagine throwing a handful of dry sand, versus throwing a handful of wet sand; which one is going to have a more significant impact on the target? Not only will the wet sand hit the target harder, but it won’t disintegrate and become a cloud of dust like the dry sand will. This is the very simple principle behind Dustless Blasting.

Another set of grain tippers finished off. Thank you Darren Best of Silverback Farms for the work. Really happy with the blue and how well it came up. Was much easier blasting and painting with the body taken off the chassis hardly any masking up. The grey stripes down the sides really finish it off.

Wow how good did these grain tippers and dolly turn out. Thank you Jerome, Dion and Aaron Candeloro for the opportunity to blast and paint this job. Have to say they look pretty flash with the new stickers lights and mud flaps. Definately will stand out on the road now.
