From the cupping tables to the awards night, from conversations around roasting curves to discussions about sourcing and sustainability, every moment reinforced how dynamic and innovative our industry has become.
Congratulations to all the roasters, competitors, judges, sponsors and organisers who made this event such a success. The passion, craftsmanship and commitment to quality on display were truly inspiring.
It was fantastic to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, share Brazilian coffees, and see firsthand how specialty coffee continues to evolve and raise the bar year after year.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted our coffees, shared their stories, and made the week so memorable. We leave with new ideas, stronger relationships, and even more excitement for the future of coffee.
