We are a successful Electrical Contractor in the Construction Industry and looking for a full-time trainee to assist us with administration at our office located in Notting Hill VIC.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Business Administrator, your primary mission is to support the L.N.B. Electrics departments in coordinating office administrative needs to ensure a smooth operation in the day to day. As you will assist in multiple departments, you will gain additional skills as well as the paid-for Certificate III or IV in Business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The primary focus of this role is to perform general Office Administrative tasks, Data Entry (inc basic accounting), Payroll, Customer Service, Projects, Assist with Marketing and Social Media.

• Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Current Australian Driver’s licence
• Keen and able to learn
• Sound computer skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to interact/communicate with anyone that comes in to the building and have strong written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel would be an advantage.
• An interest in marketing, web & design.

As this is an entry level position, we are searching for candidates who have not completed studies higher than a Certificate II.

In collaboration with 2Construct, LNB Electrics Pty Ltd has just completed it’s upgrade project with Xavier College situated at 135 Barkers Road, Kew.

This 6 classroom prototype involved total transformation of the spaces in the Kennan Wing on the Senior Campus. The purpose of renovating these spaces in this prototyping development was to learn & meaningfully inform the future renovation of all Xavier College’s classroom spaces. A key in the transformation was the utilisation of natural light, a sense of calm and openness and the use of latest technologies.
