Cartella are proud to have been awarded The Esplanade Palm Beach Electrical package by Hutchinson Builders.

The project is a single tower consisting of 16 residential apartments over 9 storeys, plus a 3 level basement carpark, and associated recreation facilities on Ground and Level 9 rooftop.

We are fortunate to have commenced temporary power works at this beautiful site, as part of our Electrical Services, Security, Communications, Master Antenna TV, Audio Visual and Lighting Design and Construct Scope of Works.

Project Throwback ⏪ Cartella provided a full D+C Electrical package for the major upgrade of Market Central Lutwyche Shopping Centre. The refurbishment included a new childcare centre, heath care services, retail tenancies and office spaces, new supermarket, refurbished and re-orientation of mall and tenancies and upgrade façade and loading facilities.

Upon Completion in 2019, Cartella had successfully delivered:
• Electrical Reticulation
• Switchboards and Distribution boards
• All Electrical outlets, Fixtures and Fittings
• All Luminaires
• Emergency and Exit Lighting

Project Throwback ⏪ Flagstone Central Shopping Centre construction project in 2020, including 21 specialty shops, 10 commercial suites, swim centre, carpark, supermarket and service station.

Cartella provided all design, labour and materials necessary to complete the Electrical Services for the project in their entirety, including:

Recently Completed for Hutchinson Builders ✅ Soda Factory West End Refurbishment.

Cartella's Electrical Design and Construct Scope of works covered all areas of the mall, tenancies, kiosks, corridors, lobbies, amenities and carpark areas, including: power, communications, CCTV system, MSB and DB alterations, tenancy switchboards, all internal, external, decorative and emergency lighting, New Coles and MSSB submains and signage controls.

Project Throwback ⏪ Pimpama State Primary College Additional Classrooms.

Cartella covered the Electrical Subcontract works for Hutchinson Builders in 2019, to the two storey structure with 8 classrooms on the upper level that is accessible via a walkway bridge to the existing school infrastructure. Electrical works included all temps, mains and submains, interior and external lighting and power, communication, data, security, dry-fire works, fans and projectors.

Our scope covers the complete Electrical Services required for the Refurbishment of Mall areas & Shop Tenancies, outdoor dining precinct, New cinema complex and Coles loading dock

Project throwback ⏪ Completed Early last year for Hutchinson Builders - Cartella delivered the Electrical Services for the new 2 level Early Learning Centre in Carina, including power, communications, PoE Security System, MSB, Ground works and submains, internal and external luminaires, emergency and exit lighting and underground carpark lighting and power.

Cartella are excited to have been awarded the Electrical Package, including Demolition, Refurbishment and fit-out of the Mater Family Wellbeing Unit (MFWU) at the Mater Hospital, by Kane Constructions.

Works have recently commenced on the project which, once complete, will be Queensland’s largest integrated perinatal mental health facility. The MFWU will have a hugely positive impact on the community by providing support and maternity care to new mothers and babies through in-patient perinatal and infant mental health services.

✅ Recently Completed for Hutchinson Builders : The development of two additional commercial tenancies at a Shopping Complex in Pacific Pines, Gold Coast.

Cartella Covered the Electrical D&C of the project, including mains & submains, supply and install of MSB & DBs, lighting wiring, supply & control, all power, comms & security and all Emergency & Exit lighting.

Cartella are proud to have been awarded the Electrical Design and Construct contract for the Spring Hill Medical Centre, by Tomkins Commercial.

The project is the development of a new, nine storey building suitable for use as a Medical Centre and Health Facility and will include 6 full amenities fit out levels, 5 parking levels, roof-top plant space, recreational terrace area and retail tenancies on the ground level.

Cartella will provide Electrical base building to meet the buildings contemplated uses and project purpose.

Towards the end of 2021, Cartella completed the Electrical Base Build works for the new Pet Superstore Fit out at Stafford City Shopping Centre. Cartella supplied power to the air conditioning, roller doors and Auto Doors as well as supply and installation of all High bay LEDs, Emergency Lighting, Switchboards and all cabling to the central IDF as per Hutchinson Builders Scope of Works

Cartella are extremely proud to have been awarded and to work alongside Hutchinson Builders on the Maryborough Fire Station upgrade. With the support of the Queensland Government, Hutchinson Builders and Hyne Timber have innovated Australia’s first mass timber Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) complex, that will retain and restore the existing heritage valued brick façade.

Cartella are delivering the complete supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the electrical package to the entire Maryborough Fire Station Site as well as all Temporary Electrical Works required to facilitate the project.
