I recently inspected a customers existing solar install, which was having issues. Upon arriving I noticed the DC isolator switch was smoking and close to flames, as it had been incorrectly designed by original installers. Always use a CEC accredited installer. A gentle reminder that a cheap system is not always the best system.

Recent Bottleshop switchboard upgrade at Clare Castle Hotel in Kapunda. Utilised existing near new switchgear, and installed generator inlet for specific circuits incase of a power outage.

21/03/2020

Alteration job in Tanunda during the week. Removed existing switchboard with ceramic fuses and installed a new switchboard with all circuits on safety switches. Upgraded old consumer mains and installed new main earth. Much safer for the customer and all ready for solar down the track now.
